Brent Goldman is a private school consultant with over 25 years of experience as a teacher, coach, Principal, and Head of School. His strengths include enrollment management, marketing, college counseling, construction, budgeting and staffing, athletics and the arts, and technology utilization. He is adept at identifying holes in a school profile and developing programs that will lead to enrollment growth. Dr. Goldman was also a Co-Founder and Board Member of the University of Miami Online High School that was sold to Kaplan Inc. in 2007, and also Co-Founded Smart Horizons Career Online Education (SHCOE). Smart Horizons is an AdvancedEd accredited online high school geared towards the 30 million high school dropouts in the United States. SHCOE has grown to over 5,000 students. In 2016, Dr. Goldman Co-Founded Xceed Preparatory Academy based in South Florida. Xceed is a middle and high school micro-school that will deliver its curriculum using a blended model. Xceed will welcome its first students in the fall of 2017. Xceed hopes to open 100 micro schools across the United States.
Dr. Goldman developed Private School Growth Services in 2016 in order to share his success stories with other private school leaders across the United States.
Prior to starting Private School Growth Services, Dr. Goldman was the Head of School of The Sagemont School in Weston, Florida. Dr. Goldman was a co-founder of the school in 1996. Under his leadership, Sagemont has grown from 23 students in 1996 to 815 in 2015. Graduates have been accepted to colleges and universities such as Harvard University, University of Pennsylvania, Yale University, Princeton University, Cornell University, Columbia University, Johns Hopkins University, Vanderbilt University, and The University of Chicago to name a few.
Dr. Goldman created Private School Growth Services with the mission of helping private schools systemically grow their enrollment through enrollment strategies, marketing, and programming. Programs and services include helping private schools develop a systematic approach to enrollment, evolving school marketing programs from print to social media, public relations, search engine optimization, and developing or enhancing college counseling programs. All of these efforts lead to enrollment growth.
